Self-Care Series: Michelle’s must-have products

Hi All!

Last week I introduced a new blog series focusing on self care. If you didn’t have the chance to read the first entry, catch up with tips on how to create your very own spa bathroom. A trip to the spa is a no-brainer option when it comes to needing a moment of rest, relaxation and self care, but it’s not as easy as setting an appointment, is it? We have to check our work calendar, check our personal calendars and not to mention checking the kid’s calendars! When we have to search for a moment of rest in our daily calendars, something isn’t right.

So, back to the spa bathroom – my solution to not allowing our calendars to dictate when we take care of ourselves. Spend time creating your very own spa and allow yourself to relax at the end of every day. Once you are all caught up on creating this space, scroll down to see my spa bathroom must haves.

Self Care Guide

A pretty pair of pajamas from Nordstrom Lingerie / Luxe towels from Pottery Barn (white is always a go-to for fresh looking and easy to clean towels) / I love Lush products (and their philosophy) – like this Calming Lavender Steam Fizz Tab and the Rose Jam Bubbleroom / Pink Himalayan Bath Salts from Herbivore Botanicals for a sprinkle of detox / For a little “soothing, nurturing, repairing” at the end of the day – Vitner’s Daughter’s botanical serum / Brown sugar and strawberry seed face polish from FRESH for a boost of radiance / Greenery is always a fresh touch in any room. The Sill is a monthly subscription of workshops and online plant shopping for all green thumbs, or want-to-be green thumbs 🙂 You’ll never have to question the perfect plant for any room! / Candles are a must to set the stage for a wind down mood. Try refreshing and calming scents from Archipelago like the Lavanda Candle and Agave Sage Diffuser.

Happy spa day!

Kindly~Michelle
