I’m so excited to share the newest project to hit our design studio! This one gets personal….Project title….”Me, Myself and I…can’t make up my mind!” You guessed it, coming through the pipeline is my own home design and build. What a true dream come true! My husband John and I started the process a few years ago and landed on a lot with a floor plan that we just loved. And a builder who we are excited to partner with on the new build journey, Jim Kerzie, of J Kerzie Homes.
I’d love to tell you that I am my own dream client, quick to say yes and never second guessing any selections or choices….but that would not be accurate. Yes it’s true…I could very well be my worst client ever driving my team crazy with indecision! Yikes, I better reel myself in. I’m sharing the process on the blog and on our social media as well. Follow along, I’ll be sharing some design tips along the way, and asking for your input with some instagram polls. I’d love to hear what you think!

Starting to plan and design….I should have gotten a venti latte. I just don’t think Grande’s will get me through this!
Framing – Walls are going up! Future Entry to our home…I am one happy designer, blessed beyond blessed to have the opportunity to build our own home. It’s getting exciting!
