Project Reveal: Suncadia Mountain Retreat

We are so excited to finally share our new project – Suncadia Mountain Retreat!

As with every project, we put our heart and soul into all the details. On the front end with the design, on site overseeing the execution, and then the final layer with installation of all the furnishings. Our clients’ are thrilled with their vacation home and can’t wait to start using it with their friends and family. Creating an amazing client experience from start to finish is at the foundation of all we do.

Here’s a look at our new project….

This home was truly designed with all 4 seasons of the Cascade mountains in mind. We gathered inspiration from nature and a modern aesthetic. With natural elements – like the beautiful wood cabinets and architectural details, the natural stone fireplace and quartz countertops.

We drew inspiration from the outdoors in the fabrics and furnishings. Natural woods, earth tones and textures in the fabrics with leather touches throughout. Everything was designed with function and durability for a buzzing mountain lifestyle.

The Primary Suite –

Layered in rich wood tones, leather accents and a shades of blues and greens to create an earthy and moody suite for our clients. The wall covering by Phillip Jeffries adds a textural detail in a deep steely blue color.

4 Guest Suites with Private Bathrooms

All were designed for comfort and ease of care with washable bed linens and all interchangeable between the 4 suites. Keeping it easy to turn over each room ready for the next guests.

The Bunk Room –

With 2 sets of bunks, this room makes a great space for the grandkids and small guests to have a cozy and fun retreat of their own!

The Kitchen –

The kitchen boasts natural quartzite countertops with a leather finish for a rustic look and feel. And easy to care for. Appliances and cabinet storage fit all the needs of our client for cooking and entertaining.

We pride ourselves in custom homes – custom tile design is one of my favorite elements! We delivered a unique, one of a kind look in the bathrooms with some gorgeous material combination. Large and small tile, varying colors and shapes and sizes came together to complete that look.

The Mudroom and Laundry Room –

This space was designed with durability at the forefront. A porcelain tile was selected for the floor to handle both the dirt of the summer months and the snow of the winter months. A drop zone for boots and shoes and plenty of hooks for coats was an essential requirement for our client.

Outdoor living for all seasons was important as well! An outdoor gas fireplace and ceiling mount heaters will be a great way to enjoy a winter snowfall while the outdoor kitchen will be in high use over the summer months. Plenty of seating both covered and uncovered allow for entertaining and creating memories with family and friends!
