On the technical side, I integrate closely with your renovation team, reviewing blueprints, floorplans, and any builder documentation so we can align the design vision with the construction plan right from the start.
Step 2: Creating the Concept
Next, we bring the vision to life through thoughtful material and finish selections. From flooring and millwork to countertops, fixtures, hardware, and appliances, every choice is curated to support both form and function.
I’ll schedule showroom visits so you can see and feel the materials in person, ensuring confidence in every decision we make.
Step 3: Defining the Details
Once the core construction elements are approved and documented, we shift focus to the furnishings and styling. I’ll present options for furniture, window treatments, lighting, art, and accessories—all sourced from a range of trusted vendors and artisans.
Each element is presented in a cohesive, easy-to-visualize way, designed to make the selection process enjoyable and stress-free.
Step 4: Bringing It All to Life
With everything finalized, I work closely with your builder to oversee installation and ensure every detail is executed to plan. I act as your liaison on-site, managing the moving pieces and solving issues before they become problems.
From the first demo day to the final reveal, I stay fully involved—so you can stay excited (not exhausted).
